Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in Nepali Rupees (NPR) and can change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we confirm once it is accepted. We may cancel an order that was placed by mistake, is out of stock, or looks fraudulent, and will let you know.

Payment

Cash on Delivery is available for orders placed for yourself. An order placed for someone else must be paid online through eSewa or Khalti; if online payment is unavailable, contact us on WhatsApp for help. We never see or store your card, PIN or wallet password.

Delivery

Delivery charges and estimated timings depend on your address and are shown at checkout, from our current delivery zones. Timings are estimates, not guarantees.

Made-to-measure orders

Where a product is made or altered to your own measurements, those measurements are recorded with your order at the time you place it, so we can cut and stitch to what you gave us. Please double-check them before confirming.

Wholesale orders

Wholesale pricing, minimum quantities and terms are shown on our wholesale page and apply in addition to these terms.

Product information

We aim to show colours, fabrics and sizing as accurately as possible; actual colour can vary slightly by screen and by dye lot.
