What we collect
To create an account and place an order, we collect your name, phone number, email address (if given) and delivery address. To process a payment, our payment partners (eSewa or Khalti) collect your payment details directly — we do not see or store your card, PIN or wallet password. For a Cash on Delivery refund, we ask for your bank account details separately, only when a refund is due.
How we use it
To take and deliver your order, send order updates by SMS and email, provide customer support, process returns and refunds, and improve the shop. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only who needs it to serve you: our delivery partners (to deliver your order), our payment gateways eSewa and Khalti (to take payment), and our SMS and email providers (to send you updates). Each only receives what it needs to do its job.
Cookies and analytics
We use a cookie to remember your cart and keep you signed in. Where configured, we also use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how the shop is used and to measure advertising — these may set their own cookies. To measure our advertising, we also share details of your visit and your orders with Meta (Facebook and Instagram) from our server. Your phone number, email, name and city are sent only in a scrambled (hashed) form that cannot be read back. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Your choices
You can view and update your account details, and see your order history, from your account. To ask what we hold about you, or to request it be corrected or removed (subject to what we must keep for accounting and legal reasons), contact us.

We may update this page as the shop changes. The date below shows when it last changed.
