We would like you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from Missart. We take stringent measures to ensure that the items deliver to you are in perfect condition. You can return the items within 3 days for a full refund of the item purchased. However, there is remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit or that a wrong item is deliver to you. In such cases when your ordered item is damaged during transit or wrong item is deliver to you, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement/return of item is made by you within 3 days from the receipt of the package.

Such request is to be made by getting in touch with customer care by sending request at TICKET and giving the reference of your order no, product details and price.

  • – If wrong item is delivered or damage then Please return the item within 3 days of confirmation.
  • – Returns would not be accepted for stitched items. If you are getting Garment (Blouse, Lehenga or Sherwani etc.) stitched to your size than return is not possible.
  • – All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • – Money will be returned back once the products have been received by us in intact position (without any wear and tear) and passed by our Quality Department.
  • – We will not refund the taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
  • – Shipping cost would be deducted for refund.
  • – You can not return the discounted items.
  • – Never send back a item without consulting with us. It’s very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have verified with us and no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.
  • – Always report any and all problems associated with a single order/package delivery at the same time. Be as specific as possible when describing the problem, as all returned items are examined for defects / variations.
  • – For COD to return the product contact to our customer care. Then our logistics team would organize the courier partner to pickup the items.
  • – MissArt will not be responsible for return the money which you have paid for shipping to send the parcel back.
  • – As safe delivery to you is our responsibility, in the same way sending back safely to us is your responsibility. If something happens in transit and the package doesn’t get delivered to us, we cannot help you. So make sure to send through reliable courier agency only and forward the tracking details to us and keep the airway bill till it gets delivered to us.
  • – Refund can be made within 60 days of receiving of transaction in case of cc avenue. After this time limitation we will be technically bounded to make the refund.
